the salary offered is 3000/- dhs per month. (basic dhs 1500/month+other allowance 1500 per month+bachelor sharing accommodation+medical+yearly economy air ticket +overtime @ the rate AED 5.00/- for normal hrs and AED 7.5/- for special hrs including holidays.
Medical:- the company will provide medical health cards as per U.A.E. labor law.

Transportation:- company will provide transportation. (in the root of transportation network)

gratuity:- As per the U.A.E. labor law. (starts from the date of labor contract)
With these circumstances how much can i save per month according to Indian currency.

I agree with Billi 70's answer. Without any offense, even for an Indian National who studied for years (even as a fresher) this salary is a joke/offense.

I don't know what company you will work for but I tell you already that they are very cheap. Please do some thinking. Why is your basic salary AED 1.500 only? The end of Service pay will be regarding your basic salary and not what you really received. Do some math. This means your end of service pay will be AED 1.050 per year!

Most drivers, nannies, gardeners etc make more. Our Indian coffee boy i.e. received AED 3.600 + housing and the Philippina receptionist AED 6.500 + housing.

As an engineer you should be smarter than take an offer below your value no matter of your nationality. Otherwise you will end up in a Labour camp sharing a room with 5-7 others. Is this what you studied for?

Btw: Your over hour pay (which should be higer than the basic pay) would be USD 1,36 per hour. If this isn't an eye opener.

its too less, 3000 dhs is like a pay for cleaning lady or something, even receptionists and clerks get 5000 dhs and more depending on their job nature, you will never be able to make end meets even if you do not send money back home for family and with family you will not be able to live on this money, try to go for some better job as you will be setting up a house, even if its a one bedroom one and eating and other expenses are a lot in dubai, i dont know what more the company is offering you, you can always go and check things out but let me say that 3000 dhs is less

This salary is less than that of a Taxi driver or security guard.Did you spend all those years studying to take only this much salary? but since you are Indian, you'll be fine and save a lot.

You mentioned the salary plus perks, let me tell you the expenses here---transportation to and from work,

laundry,mobile phone,toiletries and oh....would you eat?

If u can't get a job with decent sal in india then

It is ok for a fresher considering the economic situation over here. though the OT should be 7.8 & 9.3 for normal & holiday respectively.

certainly undesirable gross revenues even for a freshman. you would be on debts for helpful after 3 months. As for the scientific coverage, in case you get the scientific card for healthcare provided by ability of public wellbeing midsection, then you definately're screwed! it is ineffective.
