Blacklisted in UAE (What to do?)?

I need help. I'm so confuse and I don't know what to do. I'm a filipino citizen, 22 years old, single woman from Italy with proper documents. This april 2012, I've applied for tourist visa through emirates airlines, then it was granted. Due to my busy schedule, I wasn't able to continue my travel so I rebook my flight and let my first tourist visa expired (it's expiration date was June 2012). This August 2012, I re-applied for another tourist visa, but then DUBAI VISA PROCESSING CENTRE didn't granted me the visa this time. Since DVPC didn't provide reason why they rejected my application, I asked them for a second option. They advised me to try to apply to a local travel agency, so I did what they've said. I did apply to a local travel agency for a tourist visa. After 7 business days, I got the result this morning and the travel agency said that I am now "BLACKLISTED" in UAE. I cannot enter to the said country anymore. I don't know why. Did I violated any UAE Tourism Law? I've never been in UAE before. I don't have any criminal records. What should I do? I want to clarify things out. Whom I should give a call or email?

An unused tourist visa becomes invalid after it's expiration date automaticlly without any cancellation needed and a new visa can be applied for right away.

It might happen that a mistake occured where humans are working.

For clarification you have to contact the Ministry of Interior. Contact the office of Sheikh Saif (Dubai or Abu Dhabi) directly:

Lt General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan

Abu Dhabi Tel: 02 4414666; Fax: 02 4414938

Dubai Tel: 04 3980000; Fax: 04 3981119

moi@uae.gov.ae

Also when the UAE Embassy doesn't issue visas unless to diplomatic staff, they might be able (or willing:) to assist you in this matter:

Tel: + 39 06 3630 6100; Fax: + 39 06 3630 6155

Email: uaeroma@tin.it

Good luck.

Who signed the mortgage papers ? You or your mom. If she did then why are you blacklisted , it doesn't make feel what you're pronouncing. Additionally how are you targeted they blacklisted or banned you from entry. Did you acquire detect from court docket or financial institution after a case has been filed towards you. If the loan or this court case is filed along with your identify this doesn't difficulty your mother or sister , it most effective concerns them if it was once their names on the loan papers / court docket case. No they will no longer be arrested, so long as their visa is legitimate they can enter like any individual else .

in addition to what H explained , your passport information may have been compromised and another person used your identity to enter UAE then got banned for some reason, see if Philippines embassy in Rome can issue you a new electronic passport with a new number . You might have to go to Manila for that.
