Well depending on the college requirements , the number of hours transferred or not will vary based on the fact if they have the same hours/course combination that you took in AUE or not. The electives will very likely be different so you might have to retake those.

As for the Network Security program at AUE it appears to be accredited by UAE Commission of Academic Accreditation , the next step is to have it attested / certified if necessary . Normally what you do is ask the old school to send the transcripts themselves directly to the new schools "Admission" dept. for review when you go and do the transfers. They will not accept it by hand.

If you want credit for coursework you have completed in the UAE, you first must check the rules at the college or university where you want to study in the US.

Not all colleges will accept the credits, but many at least will give you advanced academic standing if the requirements are satisfied. The policies for transferring college credits will vary at schools throughout the US.

The best way to find out about transferring credits by contacting the universities in the USA you want to attend.

If you choose an US University which has a relationship with AUE transferring credits should be a lot easier.

If a relationship is not already established, you will need to provide the US University with your transcript and possibly a portfolio of your previous coursework, as well as a course evaluation.

If the chosen University decides your previous coursework is equal to or exceeds its coursework, you will receive academic credit or advanced academic standing.

The US University will tell you what documents and transcripts you must submit to determine what credits will transfer. Generally, it is a good idea to start this process about 8 to 12 months before the date you want to start.

Talk to your administrator at AUE and for University search use the internet and/or post a question in section USA/KY/education.
